Golden Coffee Roasters are produced with the highest craftsmanship and engineering from the drawing to the tightening of the last screw. Thanks to our 30 years of production experience in Turkey and abroad, we improve our production processes every day. We combine the latest technology with our experience to produce durable and flawless machines that meet our customers' needs, far beyond their expectations. In order to offer the best coffee roasters globally to our valued customers, we work with the undisputed industry leaders, from the equipment we use in production processes to the components we use in our machines.
Laser cut parts are assembled skillfully and with high precision. The high precision we show during the manufacturing phase ensures the long life and robust operation of our machines. All parts we use in our machines are carefully selected from the best manufacturers in the industry.
PAINTING PROCESS
Thanks to our state-of-the-art paint shop, we offer the fastest and perfect solution to the different color demands of our customers. We apply static powder coating in our paint shop facility to support our flawless production approach. As Golden Coffee Roaster, we always take the standards in the sector one step higher.
SALE AND SUBSEQUENT PROCESSES
Our machines are used with great satisfaction in more than 50 countries around the world. We are developing our sales and after-sales services abroad with our distributor network in more than 10 countries. 80% of our annual production is exported and our exports are increasing day by day thanks to our increasing customer satisfaction and developing sales network. Our certificates and high quality make us one of the most preferred manufacturers worldwide.
The importance we attach to customer satisfaction after sales starts with the care we show to every stage of production. Each stage of the entire production process is meticulously controlled. The work done by our teammates, each of whom is an expert in their field, is controlled in line with our quality standards at every stage. The machines and parts that receive quality approval move on to the next stage. In addition, after all our machines are completed, coffee is roasted in them and all functions are tested. No machine that has not been tested leaves our factory.
