WORKING PRINCIPLE OF STONE SEPARATOR MACHINE
Stone separator machine is one of the most researched products. The working principle is also very curious. From the top of the machine, the product flows downwards. Thanks to the specific spreading system and vibration effect in the machine, it spreads to the upper sieve deck, which is divided into three parts with different hole sizes and lengths. During the separation on the upper screen deck, air flow and case vibration also take place. The product is then spread evenly throughout the whole casing. The higher specific gravity fractions of the product and stones are concentrated in the lower part of the product layer, but the suspended lighter fractions are discharged from the second part of the casing. The stone separation process on the lower case continues until the stones are discharged to the back side.
